Breathing exercises

Stress is part of life: you need it to function and develop yourself. However, it is important that stress does not build up, and that you build in enough moments of rest. Only then will you stay healthy and perform effectively! Conscious breathing can help you with this. Your breathing has a direct influence on the state of your autonomic nervous system.

Below are a number of exercises you can do: to recover after (mental) exertion, to focus better and to sleep well.
