Encouraging positive behavior change in healthy working practices within a rapidly evolving organization requires a thoughtful approach and engagement at multiple levels. Therefore, the collaboration began with a select group of ambassadors and team members focused on employee satisfaction, comprising diverse profiles across the organization—from executives to interns. This pilot group formed the foundation for our approach.
Following the tremendous success of the pilot, we are rolling out the Onewave Program in waves throughout the entire organization, continuously adjusting based on valuable feedback and results.
